PIZZA:  Good crust.  I like their sauce.  I've tried the other places around town.  This is the best "NY Style" pizza I've had in McKinney.

SALAD:  Average.  But they have a good house dressing (tangy tomato).  Just be sure to ask for the dressing on the side, as they tend to drown it.

ATMOSPHERE:  Casual.  It's a neighborhood pizza joint.  The people who work here are nice.  Your pizza will probably be cooked by a guy named Rocky.  Tell him how you want your pizza, and he'll do his best to make it happen.

BYOB:  That's right.  You can bring your own wine (and a proper wine glass too).  That's certainly a big plus in my book.

    TABLE SERVICE:  Nope.

    DELIVERY:  Yes, they offer delivery.

DESSERTS:  I've only tried their tiramisu.  It's good.  But it's the same one they serve at The Olive Garden (and the vast majority of every other pizza joint and Italian Restaurant I've ever been to).

    PARKING:  Plenty.

    CREDIT CARDS:  Yep.

Brothers offers a variety of items from pizza, pasta and salads to name a few. Stopped by for lunch and grabbed a lunch combo, one slice of pizza, a side salad and drink, $8+...a bit much in my opinion.
Pizza was good, slice was large in size, salad was yummy. A friend ordered the lasagna with garlic bread, portion was quite large and he enjoyed it.
Spot is nicely decorated, spacious...staff was ok.

I placed my order at 5:05. They said delivery in 45-60 mins. At 6:05 I called and was told driver left 5 mins ago. We are 10 mins away. At 6:30 I called back and spoke to manager named Rocky and was told they don't know where driver is and can't tell who has my pizza order. They will have to call all their drivers to find out who has it. He said would call me back. Asked about compensation. Rocky  said will receive a free order ano day. (SMH) Received a call 10 mins later asking if I received my pizza. Advised NO. They said driver should be here any minute. Received ano call 5 mins later asking if I received my pizza. Advised NO. Then I was told my pizza was delivered to wrong address. I requested my money be returned to my credit card immediately!! Never Again will I order from Brother's! #notechnology #horribleservice #stupiddriver

Eldorado location: This used to be one of our favorite go-to's! Over the years it seems the quality has declined in both service & taste. To be fair, I always order the meatball sub, so I can't voice my opinion about anything else on the menu. First thing we noticed (over the years) was that it seems like they might have changed vendors for the tomato sauce. It's now bland to the taste buds. I would never take to the internet to review something that minor, however. It was our experience during our last visit which is prompting this review. On that visit we (my daughter & I)  stopped in 35 minutes before closing (note: we are very fast eaters; always a quick in & out; we'd have been very respectful of the time). We were greeted with a less than enthusiastic outlook - one which clearing depicted that we weren't welcome. This was obvious by both body language, facial expressions, & verbiage. We were asked if our order was "to-go" vs. "here or to-go". At that point I felt bad for having even chosen them as my dinner option for the night. I did a quick glance around the dining area to see 2-3 workers just sitting at a table as though they were bored or simply waiting to go home. I ordered the meatball sub with chips and obliged them with their insinuated preference that we not dine inside. My daughter was going to share because the serving is quite generous and too much for one person, and sharing solves the problem of forgotten leftovers in the fridge. We waited uncomfortably for the food to be prepared as, again, the employees weren't overly friendly this particular night and the 2-3 workers were still just lingering at one of the tables toward the back near the soda machine. We avoided glancing at them as we waiting for our now "to-go" order. When the food was handed to us, we noticed there was 1 less bag of chips than normal. I let who I think was the owner (or adult/male lead for the night) know, and he was curt in his response, denying the extra bag. I politely let him know that I have never asked for extra but that it was always customary that we've been served 2 bags, and we've been coming to this location since it first opened. I mentioned to him that in the future, if things have changed, that I would not expect to be served 2 bags, but that I would appreciate having the food served to us as I was previously accustomed for just this one evening. I feel it was the least he could do since we expected to enjoy a quick, dine-in experience and would now be eating out of a paper bag outside. Yes, we were very hungry, so my daughter and I ended up eating on the bench directly outside in the shopping villa. I took pictures of our paper bag "spread" sprawled out across our legs, but I do not see a place to post pictures here. I post this because we've seen a general decline in the restaurant about the time the 2nd one opened up for a brief time in the historic district, downtown McKinney. Prior to that, the one on Eldorado was A+ consistently!! It was the greatest spot in town, and we always enjoyed the quaint interior. As well, it used to have a very welcoming "family" feel to the place. Again, I'm speaking of the Eldorado location throughout this review. The historic district location subsequently closed, but we haven't seen any improvement in the Eldorado location to date.
